In 2007, as the DSLR revolution really began to take hold, I found myself being pulled back towards my childhood passion for photography. Armed with a recently acquired Canon 40D, I decided a refresher course at Putney School of Art wouldn’t be a bad idea to get the inspiration flowing again. In many ways it was. Although many of the technical aspects were already familiar from working in 35mm film, it was good to be immersed in regular sessions and discussions around practicing the actual art itself. None of the images I produced were exactly noteworthy or groundbreaking, but it was a fun process and a few of them are collected here.
